Yes. The terminals ship as open hardware with standard Windows 10/11 or Android with administrator access, so you can install your own POS, restaurant or retail software. Drivers and test utilities for the integrated printer, scanner, customer display and card reader are provided, along with engineering support during deployment.

Do your POS terminals support card and mobile-wallet payment?

Integrated magnetic stripe/IC/NFC readers provide contact, contactless card and mobile-wallet hardware support. Live payment processing requires a market-certified PIN pad/payment module activated through your payment acquirer; MHY integrates acquirer-approved modules specified for your country rather than making unsubstantiated payment-certification claims.

Standard products carry a 1-year warranty with optional extension to 3 years, plus lifetime technical support, remote diagnosis and spare-parts supply. For chain rollouts we agree RMA processes and spare-unit ratios in advance.
