Every unit passes through IQC, assembly, in-line QC, aging, reliability and final inspection. The lab covers high/low temperature, humidity, ESD, vibration, drop, dust and packaging tests, plus full functional checks of every fitted peripheral — screen, printer, scanner, reader, payment module and connectivity.
