Do I need to buy separate CMS software?

The display ships with a built-in Android media player that supports USB and basic network playlist updates. For multi-screen scheduling, remote monitoring and proof-of-play reporting you can connect your existing CMS license; MHY can also recommend compatible signage software and verify it on the hardware before shipment.

Can the same screen be supplied as a touch kiosk?

Yes. The floor-standing cabinet is designed to accept a projected-capacitive touch overlay and an integrated host computer, so an advertising screen can be ordered as a wayfinding, check-in or information kiosk with the same exterior styling.

What brightness do I need for a shop window facing sunlight?

Standard 350–500 nits suits indoor, away-from-window placements. For storefront and atrium locations exposed to direct or strong ambient light, specify the high-brightness panel option; MHY will recommend a size and brightness based on photos of the installation site.

Can screens be branded for our hotel or retail chain?

Yes — frame color, silk-screen or etched logo, boot video, default launcher and outer packaging can be customized from agreed MOQ, and mixed-size orders can share one visual identity across a property or store network.
